My work is an intimate exploration of memory, familial ties, identity, and place. It reflects a belief that our essence is shaped by the confluence of our upbringing, the environment we grew up in, and the myriad experiences that life presents.

I work with self-portraiture, landscape and the family archive, focusing on details and fragments that, like memories, are often just pieces of a larger story from the past.

My photography is deeply rooted in the meticulous observation of my memories and the way they spontaneously emerge, much like distorted or blurred remnants from the past that flicker through my mind for only an instant.

I endeavour to capture this same sense of transience in my work, focusing on intricate details and nuanced textures and weaving them together to mirror the ephemeral nature of these recollections in my images.

More than just a visual representation, my work is a narrative thread that connects past to present; a continuous exploration of self that offers a window into the complex tapestry of human emotions and invites the viewer to reflect on their own memories and the fleeting moments that shape our collective consciousness.
